Helping Kids Understand and Manage Big Emotions
Big feelings can be overwhelming for children, especially when they do not yet have the tools to express or regulate them. Learning how to recognize and manage emotions is an important part of growing up, and it is something many children benefit from practicing in a supportive setting.

Each session is designed to feel playful and low pressure, while still giving children tools they can use at home and in everyday life.

Why Social Skills Groups Matter for Kids
Social skills groups provide a safe space for children to practice emotional regulation and communication in real time. Instead of just being told what to do, children get to experience and practice these skills with guidance and support.
Over time, this can lead to:
- Improved confidence
- Better emotional control
- Stronger peer relationships
- More positive behavior at home and school
